Overview
Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ was founded durring the late 14th century in fall of the year 1279, by Astetra Trîyega. The establishment of Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Astetra Trîyega electing to pay people to resettle in Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ.
Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ is buildings are built arround a single restrictive paverstone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The political statment focused walls has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. There’s a patern to the panic. It’s not easy to see, and no one quite agrees on what it is, but the locals know and operate under this pattern. It shapes everything they do, and you feel as if you’ve almost worked it out only for some small detail to devastate your theory every time you try and comprehend it.

Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ's locals are divided into several castes. They may be organized by social role, by imputed nobility of birth, by ethnic origins, or any other dividing principle, but they cannot imagine any other way of organizing themselves. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Kasdèbi Shrublands was struck by a drought when Loch Moriri grew too small to continue feeding Creek Willow, which reduced the available water supply nationwide, but was especially harsh in the area arround Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ. As the neighboring regions had no water so spare, Fìkh Wup Khǐjĭ lost 143 people, and 306 livestock in the disaster.. The drought lasted for 5 weeks, which are remembered as the Terror Thirst.
